FLYWAY GAMES
Waltz & Jam | Privacy Policy

Privacy Notice (Effective Date: 08.10.2026)

Flyway Games, Inc. (hereinafter “we,” “our,” and “us”) is committed to protecting the personal information of users of the Demo version of “Waltz and Jam” (hereinafter the “Game(s)”, “Demo”, or “Service”). This privacy notice describes the types of personal information that we process in connection with the Demo.

  1. Information We Collect
The Company collects the automatically generated Installation ID and Platform ID※ via its crash and error diagnostics tool, pursuant to Article 15(1)(4) of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (contract performance). The Company does not otherwise collect your name, email address, or other personal information.
※ The Platform ID is a user identification code generated when you register as a member on a platform such as Steam (Valve Corporation) or PlayStation (Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc.), and responsibility for protecting this information lies with each respective platform. When you use the game service through a platform, the Company receives this value and uses it to distinguish you from other users. However, the Company cannot access, and does not retain, any information you have provided to the platform (such as your name, contact details, or payment information).

  2. Retention of Your Information
We retain your Installation ID for 90 days from collection by default, in line with the retention period applied by our diagnostics service provider, after which it is deleted unless a longer retention period is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud or abuse.

  3. Links to Other Websites
If you click on a link to a third-party website, including, without limitation, an advertisement, you will leave our website and go to the website you selected. Because we cannot control the activities of third parties, we cannot guarantee that they will adhere to the same privacy and security practices as we do. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any other service provider from whom you request services. If you visit a third-party website that is linked to our Games and Services, you should consult that site's privacy policy before providing any personal information.

  4. Security of Your Information
We have put appropriate security measures in place, including encryption and de-identification, to protect your personal information. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, persons, or companies who have a business need to know or access the information. They will only process your personal information on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality where appropriate. Please note, however, that no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and that complete security of any information we collect and use therefore cannot be guaranteed.

  5. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to limitations in applicable law, you are entitled to object to or request the restriction of processing of your Installation ID, and to request access to, rectification, erasure, and portability of your own personal information. Because the Installation ID is not linked to an account or email address, please also provide your Installation ID when making such a request so that we can locate and act on the relevant record. To make a request concerning your rights or if you have any other questions, please contact us by sending an email to the address specified in the “Contact Us” section. We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws. In certain countries, including in the EU, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority if you have concerns about how we process your personal information. Additional rights and contact points for certain jurisdictions are set out in the Appendix below.

  6. Amendments
We may amend, at our discretion, any portion of this Privacy Notice at any time by posting or displaying the amended Privacy Notice on our Service. We will provide notice on our Service or by other appropriate means to you if these changes are material and, where required by applicable law. A separate, more comprehensive Privacy Policy will apply upon the full launch of the Service, replacing this Demo-specific Notice.

You will be deemed to have accepted such amendments by continuing to use the Demo, so please review it frequently. You can see when this notice was last updated by checking the “effective date” displayed at the top of this notice.
